Heavenly couture offers a 7 day exchange period. Returned item must be unused and in a new condition.

Accessories, Basics, and Gift Cards are all Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
CRITERIA FOR RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
- All returns must be in their original unwashed, unworn condition with tags still attached.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice.
- The online boutique does not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from a Heavenly Couture boutique.
Unfortunately, we do not allow online purchases to be returned in our boutiques at this moment. As well as, Boutique merchandise can not be returned online.
If you receive merchandise from Heavenly Couture that is damaged or incorrect (wrong style, size, or color), please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
