RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Heavenly Couture does not accept returns, but offers a 7 day exchange period. Exchanged item must be unworn with tags still attached.
Accessories, Basics, Swimwear, Shoes and Sale items are all Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT
- All exchanges must be in their original unwashed, unworn condition with tags still attached.
- All exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt (sent by text message or email).
- The online boutique does not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from a Heavenly Couture boutique.
Unfortunately, we do not allow online purchases to be returned in our boutiques at this moment. As well as, Boutique merchandise can not be returned online.
If you receive merchandise from Heavenly Couture that is damaged or incorrect (wrong style, size, or color), please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
