We want you to be delighted with every purchase! If you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a refund or store credit as detailed in this policy. We offer Complimentary Free Return Shipping on All Orders as long as you select Exchange or Store Credit.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT
Returns received within 20 days of delivery date, may be returned for an online store credit (minus original shipping charges), with an additional $5 BONUS credit.
- Full Refunds will be issued if the product is received within 20 days of the delivery date (minus the original shipping charges).
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a Store Credit is requested.
- Free Returns only apply when you select Store Credit or Exchange only.
- Due to varying bank policies, please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear.
Accessories, Basics, and Gift Cards are all Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
CRITERIA FOR RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
- All returns must be in their original unwashed, unworn condition with tags still attached.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice.
- The online boutique does not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from a Heavenly Couture boutique.
Unfortunately, we do not allow online purchases to be returned in our boutiques at this moment. As well as, Boutique merchandise can not be returned online.
If you receive merchandise from Heavenly Couture that is damaged or incorrect (wrong style, size, or color), please contact Customer Service within 20 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued, along with complimentary return shipping, once the damaged merchandise is returned.
